Corey Dorsey
PI Program Manager
since 2025ASU Preparatory Academy
When I was invited to promote Principled Innovation at ASU Prep, I initially approached it with a narrow, structured view of how it might apply to my work. But through conversations, reflection, and hearing others’ stories, I came to understand that PI is far more expansive. It is a practice that enriches both professional and personal life—a lens for understanding people, navigating complexity, and approaching challenges with intention. This shift in perspective has influenced how I lead teams, make decisions, and guide problem-solving as a Project Manager. PI encourages me to slow down, consider diverse viewpoints, and ensure our choices reflect integrity, equity, and the long-term well-being of those we serve.
By building supportive connections with educators, students, and communities, we foster the collaborative conditions that enable thoughtful change to flourish. I strive to expand access to high-quality learning experiences and make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
