Within each of us lies the power to create, nurture, and transform. This belief has been the driving force behind my endeavors. I am dedicated to leading with empathy, promoting collaboration, and advocating for fairness and inclusion. I prioritize understanding the needs, challenges, and aspirations of the people I serve to develop equitable and impactful solutions.

At Dreamscape, we’re transforming education through virtual reality and emotional storytelling. We are developing multiple Dreamscape Learn VR experiences per course to embed in collaborative, in-class learning activities while leveraging Principled Innovation practices in the overall course redesign process. PI is the lens from which we are creating and a core part of the substance students will experience in their courses.

Integrating PI into our work at Dreamscape Learn is particularly meaningful because it aligns closely with my values. Our approach is grounded in inclusivity, shared responsibility, and accountability, encouraging continuous collaboration and feedback. By ensuring that our work is thoughtful, intentional, equitable, and sustainable, we aim to drive lasting, positive change. For me, PI emphasizes the importance of building and valuing relationships. It reshapes my interactions with faculty and staff, how I serve students, and how I contribute to the well-being of the communities we engage with. Through these values and relationships, I continue to grow personally and professionally, striving to make a meaningful impact in education and beyond.
