PI Consulting Team, Program Manager
since 2019Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation, Principled Innovation
I was introduced to Principled Innovation when I worked with the Office of Scholarship and Innovation from 2019-2021, as a Coordinator working on the joint innovation and design projects for both teams. In 2021, I joined the PI team and began to develop a deeper understanding of Principled Innovation and its wider application to everyone and everything we connect to. Working with PI has illustrated to me that I place significant value on my relationships with people. I enjoy listening to people and learning about their experiences, it helps give me build perspective that I might not be able to on my own. Paying attention to their feelings, personality, goals and work ethic helps shape my understanding of where my own contribution can be valuable in our shared alignments. It is important to me that everyone has a voice and that we all make an effort to understand one another. I hope that anything I do can be helpful to someone else.
