Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation

Gulnora Isaeva is a Senior Instructional Designer in the Office of Digital Learning, supporting faculty, the instructional design team, and education partners in the Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation (MLFC).

One of her primary focus areas is helping MLFC faculty, staff, and education partners integrate the Principled Innovation (PI) framework into course development and design to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. The PI framework empowers learners to become innovative, ethical contributors to education, their communities, and a thriving civil society.

Gulnora explores why and how the PI framework enhances course design, aligning with ASU’s commitment to centering character and values in decision-making. In effective and innovative courses, PI serves as a catalyst for student success by shaping course design and technology integration.

The MLFC instructional design team collaborates with faculty and subject matter experts as thought partners, helping them design courses that inspire students to make a positive impact on humanity.
