I was initially drawn to Principled Innovation (PI) because of the unique opportunity and approach to reimagining the future of education particularly through the lens of inclusivity and intentionality. The opportunity to support the installation of a new design aspiration at ASU has not only been a professional opportunity but a deeply meaningful one. As someone who works to reimagine K-12 education at ASU Prep and beyond, PI provides a thoughtful way to center students in a much-needed redesign.

Through PI, building authentic, supportive connections with educators, students, and the community allows for the kind of collaborative environment where innovation can thrive. Leveraging each other’s strengths and experiences, we create pathways for collective success. PI enhances this by fostering an environment where relationships are central to sustainable change and ensuring that all voices are heard, respected, and included in the decision-making process.

I am passionate about ensuring that all students have access to high-quality educational experiences that support their growth and goals. While a lot goes into this, PI provides a platform to advance innovation in education while creating positive change for humanity. In this way, my work is aligned with PI’s vision – fostering innovation that benefits not only individuals but entire communities. By focusing on the values of equity, inclusivity, and thoughtful decision-making, I aspire to make a lasting impact through the support of PI.
