PI Consulting Team
since 2021Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation, Principled Innovation
With a background rooted in bilingual education, instructional coaching, and consulting both nationally and internationally, my life’s work has always centered on fostering equity and empowering students, particularly in literacy and educational innovations. From advocating for migrant students to breaking down educational barriers, my mission has always been to lift up communities through learning. My graduate degree in Global Education further deepened this commitment, fueling my passion for transformative, research-informed practices.
Now, as a research project manager on the Principled Innovation team, I believe that real change and innovation come from bringing people together. Social learning thrives when human connection is at the heart of it. In developing resources and fostering collaboration across the university, I focus on building environments where people can connect, share, and grow together. Guided by the principles of integrity and curiosity, I strive to ensure that our work isn’t just about improving systems—it’s about innovating in ways that nurture and elevate the collective human experience.
