Patrina Yang serves as a Program Manager for Principled Innovation at Arizona State University, playing a critical role in advancing ethical, responsible, and impactful approaches to problem-solving. At the W. P. Carey School of Business, she supports the Principled Innovation President’s Scholars, ensuring these emerging leaders receive the guidance, resources, and developmental opportunities needed to integrate integrity, empathy, and forward-thinking strategies into their personal and professional pursuits.

In her work, Patrina engages actively with both community organizations and business leaders, helping them understand and apply the principles of Principled Innovation (PI) in their own contexts. She facilitates workshops, educational sessions, and outreach initiatives designed to demonstrate how ethical reasoning and inclusive decision-making can lead to sustainable and meaningful change. Through her efforts, Patrina bridges the gap between academic thought leadership and real-world application, ensuring that PI remains accessible and relevant to diverse stakeholders.

In addition to her engagement work, Patrina excels in providing comprehensive logistical and operational support, overseeing events, coordinating schedules, and managing key communications. Her contributions help streamline PI initiatives, ensuring a positive experience for scholars, participants, and partners alike. Patrina is proud of ASU and W. P.
