Principled Innovation

Cristy is dedicated to fostering ethical and innovative approaches to decision-making through the cultivation of Principled Innovation (PI) practices. Drawn to the field of human flourishing by a lifelong passion for creating meaningful connections and addressing complex challenges with care and integrity, Cristy aims to prioritize values like empathy, humility, and collaboration in her work. Even before PI existed, she sought to bring curiosity and compassion into her professional and personal relationships, recognizing the power of authentic engagement in driving positive change.

Through designing and facilitating Communities of Practice, Cristy creates spaces where individuals and teams can reflect, build trust, and cultivate character, aligning her work with the principles of human flourishing and equity. Relationships are at the heart of her approach, as Cristy believes that meaningful change begins with how we engage with and support one another in all of our interactions as we pursue shared learning and purpose. She aims to engage authentic harmony in relationships and environments and hopes to inspire others to be relational and reflective leaders who demonstrate care and compassion in their actions to make a lasting impact in their organizations and communities.
